Vivacare is committed to helping physicians help their patients. The Vivacare service is available for medical professionals and their medical practices at no cost. There are no fees and no hidden charges.

Vivacare offers its services for free by working with partners, such as pharmaceutical firms or patient support groups, which wish to distribute information regarding their products or services.

Content provided by these organizations is educational in nature, similar to handouts you might already use in your office. The information is meant to support your clinical recommendations by offering your patient more in-depth details regarding the diagnoses you make or medications you prescribe.

For instance, the manufacturer of an inhaled asthma medication may provide a handout on the inhaler, a short video showing its use, and a savings coupon to improve medication adherence.

Product advertising (i.e. banner ads, pop-ups, product logos, etc.) is not displayed on the Web pages that you distribute to your patients.

You control the content so information that does not reflect your clinical practice can be removed from your Patient Education Library.

Vivacare does not share patient information with third parties.

Vivacare may, in the future, offer supplemental services that require payment. These will remain optional and you will be informed when they become available.
