Convenient Access to All of Your Patient Handouts
A Patient Education Library is created for you when you sign up for a free Vivacare account.
The Library provides a convenient place for patients and staff to access your patient handouts via an alphabetical index, pulldown menus and a search function.
The Patient Library is personalized with your practice name, and includes your staff names (if provided) and practice locations (if provided).
The Library automatically displays patient handouts relevant to the medical specialty you selected during enrollment. Handouts can be added or removed from the Library. Learn more about controlling your patient education content.
Your Patient Library resides online at a unique website address (URL). This address is made up of two parts:
- The first part includes a custom name that represents you or your practice.
- The second part is the "fromyourdoctor.com" domain name that appears at the end of the URL.
For instance, "Northwest Medical" might personalize the first part with the custom name "nwmedical". The resulting Patient Library address would be: www.nwmedical.fromyourdoctor.com.
