How Is the Service Free?
Vivacare offers its services at no cost by working with partners, such as pharmaceutical firms or patient support groups that wish to distribute information regarding their products or services.
Content provided by these organizations is educational in nature, similar to handouts you might already use in your office. The information is meant to support your clinical recommendations by offering your patient more in-depth details regarding the diagnoses you make or medications you prescribe.
For instance, the manufacturer of an acne medication may provide a handout on how to use apply the medication and a savings coupon to improve medication adherence and persistency.
Product advertising (i.e. banner ads, pop-ups, product logos, etc.) is not displayed on the portion of the service viewed by your patients.
Vivacare does not share patient information with third parties.
Vivacare may, in the future, offer supplemental services that require payment. These will remain optional and you will be informed when they become available.
