About Dr. Christy Lorton, MD
Christy Lorton MD is a board-certified Perrysburg dermatologist providing care to patients in the Ohio area at Dermatology Associates.
She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology and the treatment of acne, contact dermatitis, plantar warts, psoriasis, skin cancer, tinea unguium and varicose veins.
Dr. Lorton graduated summa cum laude from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry in 1979. She attended medical school at The Ohio State College of Medicine Health Professions Scholarship Program, and graduated with honors in surgery and medicine. After an internship at Wright Patterson AFB Medical Center, she served for three years in the Air Force as a general medical officer at Zweibrucken AFB in West Germany. Dr. Lorton completed her residency training in Dermatology at the University of Cincinnati (1986-1989), where she served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Christy Lorton is the senior partner and co-owner of Dermatology Associates. Dr. Lorton founded Dermatology Associates in 1991.
She has completed a variety of surgeries including Destruction of Benign/Premalignant Skin Lesions and Destruction of skin Lesions.
