Dr. Dunnigan earned his undergraduate degree at State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. He received his medical degree from Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine.
He completed a medical internship at Phoenix General Hospital and a family practice residency at State University of New York in Buffalo and a dermatology residency at Hamburg Medical Park in Hamburg, NY.
Dr. Dunnigan is board certified in both family practice and dermatology. He completed a fellowship in dermatopathology from UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
