Dr. Mullinax earned her bachelor’s degree in biology from the University of Houston. She started as a Texas-certified math and science teacher and taught high school for years in Pasadena, Texas.
She then received her medical degree from the Texas A&M University System Health Science Center and completed her dermatology residency at the Texas Tech University Health Science Center, where she served as Chief Resident.
