About Dr. Larisa Ravitskiy, MD

Larisa Ravitskiy, MD is board-certified dermatologist and Mohs surgeon specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer
 
After graduating Cum Laude from the Barnard College at Columbia University with a degree in Biochemistry, Dr. Ravitskiy received her medical degree (MD) from the NYU School of Medicine.

Dr. Ravitsky then went on to complete her Dermatology residency at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School where she also served as Chief Resident.

Upon completion of and Advanced Clinical Dermatology Fellowship and Clinical Research Training Program at the Mayo Clinic, Dr. Ravitskiy completed a rigorous Fellowship in Mohs micrographic surgery, cutaneous oncology, reconstructive surgery, and procedural dermatology under the nation’s premier cutanenous oncologists Drs. J. A. Zitelli and D. G. Brodland in Pittsburgh.

Prior to founding OSCI, Dr. Ravitskiy was the Assistant Professor and Director of Mohs and Dermatologic surgery at the Ohio State University (OSU).

Dr. Ravitskiy has presented at national and international meetings on various dermatologic surgery topics, and has authored numerous book chapters and papers published in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Professional Dermatology Affiliations
