Dr. Herzog is a graduate of Arizona State University and received his medical degree from the University of Arizona College of Medicine. He completed his neurological training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas and Parkland Hospital where he served as Chief Resident in Neurology from 1988 to 1989.
