Dr. Carter diagnoses, treats and manages a wide range of neurological conditions and has special interest in epilepsy and women's issues. She has additional training in the management of epilepsy and neuromuscular diseases and in the use of EEGs and performing EMGs.

Education & Training
Dr. Carter is a Cleveland native and a graduate of College of the Atlantic where she received a B.A. in Human Ecology. She then received her medical degree from the Medical University of Ohio in Toledo in 2003. She then completed her Neurology Residency at Emory University Hospitals in Atlanta. She went on to complete a Fellowship in Neurophysiology at Emory University in 2008
