Heart Disease Risk Factors (Video)

This video discusses the risk factors for heart disease. You can control many heart disease risk factors, but some you cannot. Taking steps to prevent heart disease is key. For example, don’t smoke or quit smoking; aim for a healthy weight; be physically active; eat for heart health; know your cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood glucose numbers; and know your family’s medical history.
